Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team in generating leads, managing customer databases, and preparing sales materials.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Campaign Management: Help plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Interact with potential and existing customers, providing information about our products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
